Mandy what should I do if I am nervous at a shoot and don't know what to do?



Then I will answer it as so...



When you are nervous and you don't know what to do, ask the photog to take a second to let you breathe, pray, or whatever makes you comfortable. Then do facial and body excercises. Like move them in weird ways. If you want to explain what your doing to your photog first, 100% of the time they'll understand.

			<description>1. Bring a buddy.



Always bring someone if you are new to modeling with a photographer. There are some creeps out there.



2. Bring your own make up.



Makeup artist have makeup but they might not have the right concealer. You never know. Plus some ask that you do your makeup and hair yourself.



3. Practise.



Practise poses in your mirror. It does help, Some people have things they want to hide. Learn!



4. Make sure you have a plan.
